Practice Story: The Meaning Behind Aver Sirado Aver Sirado is a name grounded in legacy, love, and the women who shaped the core of who I am. The name comes from my grandmothers and my mother—Reva and Odaris—whose names, when reversed, form Aver Sirado. Both of my grandmothers have passed on, but my mother, also named Odaris, carries her mother’s name and her strength forward. She continues to be a profound influence in my life, reminding me of the resilience, faith, and compassion that guide the values I bring into my work with clients. Their presence continues to inspire my belief that even when life feels turned upside down, healing, growth, and purpose can still emerge.
